ZegHet, Kawaii Milliye’nin Felemenkçe öğrenmek için yaptığı ücretsiz bir uygulamadır. Mümkün olduğunca az veri toplayacak şekilde tasarlandı: hesap açman gerekmez, adını ya da e-posta adresini hiç istemeyiz, reklam yok ve seni takip etmiyoruz.
Telefonunda kalanlar
İlerlemen (dersler, kartlar, puanlar, seri), ayarların ve indirdiğin ses paketleri cihazında saklanır; uygulamayı silmek bu kopyayı siler. Ayarların ve ses paketlerin telefondan hiç çıkmaz.
iCloud (iPhone ve iPad)
Giriş yapmazsan ve iCloud açıksa, uygulama ilerlemenin bir kopyasını kendi iCloud’unda (Apple’ın CloudKit’i, özel veritabanı) tutar; böylece iPad’ine ya da yeni iPhone’una seninle gelir. Bu kopyayı Apple, senin Apple Hesabın altında saklar; biz göremeyiz. Uygulamadan (Ayarlar → Hesap → iCloud’daki kopyamı sil) ya da iPhone’unun iCloud ayarlarından silebilirsin.
Hesabın (isteğe bağlı)
İlerlemeni sunucumuzda tutmak ve telefonların arasında, iPhone ile Android arasında da paylaşmak için Google (Android ve iPhone) ya da Apple (iPhone) ile giriş yapabilirsin. Google ya da Apple yalnızca kim olduğunu doğrular; şifreni hiçbir zaman görmeyiz, adını ya da e-posta adresini istemeyiz. Google ya da Apple hesap kimliğinden üretilmiş, geri çevrilemeyen karışık bir kimliği ve öğrenme ilerlemenin bir kopyasını (dersler, kartlar, puanlar, seri, yazma geçmişi) şifreli olarak Avrupa Birliği’ndeki Cloudflare’de saklarız. Bunları başka hiçbir amaçla kullanmaz, kimseyle paylaşmayız. Hesabını silene kadar saklanır: uygulamadan (Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil) ya da zeghet.app/delete adresinden; silince hemen silinir. Dayanağımız, istediğin hizmeti sunmaktır (GDPR madde 6(1)(b), KVKK madde 5(2)(c)).
Başka telefona aktarma
İlerlemeni başka bir telefona aktarmak için kod oluşturursan, ilerlemenin bir kopyası sunucumuza gider ve o kodla şifrelenir; kodu biz saklamayız, kod olmadan kimse okuyamaz. Diğer telefon onu alır almaz silinir, almasa da 15 dakika sonra geçersiz olur (depodan en geç bir gün içinde kaldırılır).
Sesler ve sunucumuz
Felemenkçe sesler Cloudflare’deki depolama alanımızdan gelir; uygulama giriş yaptığında, senkronize ettiğinde ya da ilerlemeni aktardığında oradaki sunucumuzla konuşur. Her web sitesinde olduğu gibi Cloudflare, bu isteklere cevap vermek için IP adresini işler ve hizmeti çalışır tutmak için birkaç gün kısa teknik kayıtlar tutar. Bunları seni tanımak için kullanmıyor, başka hiçbir veriyle birleştirmiyoruz.
Mikrofon ve konuşma tanıma
Mikrofon yalnızca konuşma alıştırması için dokunduğunda kullanılır. Kayıtların telefonunda kalır; bize gönderilmez. Uygulama, hangi kelimeleri duyduğunu göstermek için telefonun yerleşik konuşma tanımasını (Apple ya da Google) kullanır. Telefonuna bağlı olarak bu şirketler sesi kendi gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde sunucularında işleyebilir. Konuşma alıştırmalarını Ayarlar’dan kapatabilirsin.
Hatırlatmalar
Günlük hatırlatmalar telefonunda planlanır. Hiçbir sunucu kullanılmaz.
Hata raporları
Uygulama çökerse, düzeltebilmemiz için Sentry’ye anonim bir teknik rapor gönderir: hata, uygulama sürümü, telefon modeli ve işletim sistemi sürümü. İsim, e-posta, IP adresi, ekran görüntüsü ya da yazdığın veya söylediğin hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Bunu Ayarlar’dan kapatabilirsin. Dayanağımız, çalışan bir uygulama sunmaktaki meşru menfaatimizdir (GDPR madde 6(1)(f), KVKK madde 5).
Yapmadıklarımız
Reklam yok, analiz ya da takip yok, veri satmak ya da paylaşmak yok, başka uygulamalardan veri almak yok.
Hakların
Telefonundaki veriler tamamen senin kontrolünde; hesabını ve sakladığımız her şeyi istediğin zaman uygulamadan ya da zeghet.app/delete adresinden kendin silebilirsin. GDPR ve KVKK kapsamında verilerinin bir kopyasını istemek, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini talep etmek için support@zeghet.app adresine de yazabilirsin.
Değişiklikler
Uygulama verileri farklı işlemeye başlarsa, o sürüm yayımlanmadan önce bu politikayı ve aşağıdaki tarihi güncelleriz.
ZegHet · Privacy policy
ZegHet is a free app by Kawaii Milliye for learning Dutch. We built it to collect as little as possible: you don’t need an account, we never ask for your name or email address, there are no ads, and we don’t track you.
What stays on your phone
Your progress (lessons, cards, scores, streak), your settings and any audio packs you download are stored on your device; deleting the app deletes this copy. Your settings and audio packs never leave the phone.
iCloud (iPhone and iPad)
If you don’t sign in and iCloud is on, the app keeps a copy of your progress in your own iCloud (Apple’s CloudKit, private database), so it follows you to your iPad or a new iPhone. It is stored by Apple under your Apple Account; we cannot see it. You can delete it in the app (Settings → Account → Delete my copy in iCloud) or in your iPhone’s iCloud settings.
Your account (optional)
You can sign in with Google (Android and iPhone) or Apple (iPhone) to keep your progress on our server and share it between your phones, also between iPhone and Android. Google or Apple only confirms who you are; we never see your password and we don’t ask for your name or email address. We keep a scrambled ID made from your Google or Apple account ID (it can’t be turned back into it) and a copy of your learning progress (lessons, cards, scores, streak, writing history), encrypted, at Cloudflare in the European Union. We use this for nothing else and share it with no one. It is kept until you delete your account: in the app (Settings → Account → Delete my account), or on zeghet.app/delete, which deletes it immediately. Legal basis: providing the service you asked for (GDPR article 6(1)(b), KVKK article 5(2)(c)).
Moving to another phone
If you make a code to move your progress to another phone, a copy of your progress goes to our server, encrypted with that code, which we don’t keep: without the code nobody can read it. It is deleted as soon as the other phone takes it, and after 15 minutes either way (removed from storage within a day at the latest).
Audio and our server
The Dutch audio comes from our storage at Cloudflare, and the app talks to our server there when you sign in, sync or move your progress. Like any website, Cloudflare processes your IP address to answer these requests and keeps short technical logs for a few days to keep the service running. We don’t use them to identify you and we don’t combine them with anything else.
Microphone and speech recognition
The microphone is only used when you tap to practise speaking. Your recordings stay on your phone; we don’t receive them. To show which words it heard, the app uses your phone’s built-in speech recognition (from Apple or Google). Depending on your phone, they may process the audio on their servers under their own privacy policies. You can turn speaking exercises off in Settings.
Reminders
Daily reminders are scheduled on your phone. No server is involved.
Crash reports
If the app crashes, it sends an anonymous technical report to Sentry so we can fix it: the error, the app version, the phone model and the operating system version. No name, no email, no IP address, no screenshots and nothing you typed or said. You can switch this off in Settings. We rely on our legitimate interest in a working app (GDPR article 6(1)(f), KVKK article 5).
What we don’t do
No advertising, no analytics or tracking, no selling or sharing of data, no data from other apps.
Your rights
Your data on the phone is fully under your control, and you can delete your account and everything we keep yourself, in the app or on zeghet.app/delete, at any time. Under the GDPR and KVKK you can also write to support@zeghet.app to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it.
Changes
If the app starts to process data differently, we will update this policy and the date below before that version is released.
